Delivery:


When can I expect my order to arrive?

Our standard order fulfillment time is 3–7 days before it's dispatched. Shipping durations vary based on your location, with estimates as follows:

 

 - USA: 3–4 business days

 - Europe: 6–8 business days

 - Australia: 2–14 business days

 - Japan: 4–8 business days

 - International: 10–20 business days


Where does my order originate from?

We collaborate with a global network of on-demand fulfillment centers.


Will I incur customs charges for my order?

International orders may be subject to additional customs and tax fees, determined by your local customs office. Customs regulations differ by country, so consult your local customs office to ascertain any applicable duties and taxes.


My order hasn't arrived yet; what should I do?

If your order is overdue, please consider the following steps before contacting us:


 - Review your shipping confirmation email for delivery address accuracy.

 - Contact your local post office to inquire about your package.

 - Check with your neighbors in case the courier delivered your package to them.


If the shipping address was correct and your package is not with the post office or your neighbors, reach out to us at hi@bakwas.store with your order number. If a delivery address error occurred, we can send a replacement order, but shipping expenses will be your responsibility.

How are our products created?
We've partnered with a print-on-demand drop shipper with a global presence. This means your orders are crafted and dispatched from the most efficient facility based on your location!

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing a tracking link. If you have any queries about tracking or your shipment, don't hesitate to contact us at hi@bakwas.store.

Received the wrong or damaged item?
We sincerely apologize if your order arrived damaged or was incorrect. To expedite the resolution process, please reach out to us at hi@bakwas.store within one week. Be sure to include photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other relevant details. We'll promptly provide a resolution!




Returns:

What's our return policy?
Currently, we do not provide returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us at hi@bakwas.store!

Do we offer refunds?
Refunds are exclusively available to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If your order falls into either category, please contact us at hi@bakwas.store with photos of the incorrect or damaged items, and we'll promptly address the issue.

Can you exchange an item for a different size or color?
At this time, we do not facilitate exchanges. If you're uncertain about the size, refer to our sizing charts, which can be found in the product description section for every item in our store. While it's a rare occurrence, if you received a mislabeled item, please notify us at hi@bakwas.store within one week of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we'll arrange for a replacement or issue a refund!
