Right of withdrawal

Currently, we do not provide returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us at hi@bakwas.store!

Refunds are exclusively available to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If your order falls into either category, please contact us at hi@bakwas.store with photos of the incorrect or damaged items, and
we'll promptly address the issue.


At this time, we do not facilitate exchanges. If you're uncertain about the size, refer to our sizing charts, which can be found in the product description section for every item in our store. While it's a rare occurrence, if you received a mislabeled item, please notify us at hi@bakwas.store within one week of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we'll arrange for a replacement or issue a refund!


Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If the address you provided isn't complete or accurate, the courier might send the package back to us. In that case, you'll need to cover the cost of reshipping once we've worked out the correct address with you (if needed).

Unclaimed Package - If a shipment isn't claimed, it will be sent back to us. You'll be responsible for the expense of reshipping it to yourself.

Customer Returns - Please get in touch with us before returning any products. Please note that, except for customers in Brazil, we do not provide refunds for buyer's remorse.

For customers residing in Brazil who wish to return a purchase, please contact our Customer Service within 7 consecutive days of receiving the item and provide a picture of the item. Your return request will be evaluated to determine if the product has been used or damaged, even partially. In such cases, a refund will not be possible.

EU Consumer Notice: In accordance with Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and the Council dated 25th October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:


- Customized or personalized goods.

- Sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.


Hence, Bakwas Clothing retains the right to decline returns at its discretion. This policy is subject to interpretation and governed by the English language, irrespective of any translations made for any purpose.
